Overview
The Family Health Center includes physician offices and a pharmacy located on the campus of DENSO Manufacturing of Tennessee.
Location
Key features of this project include a pervious paver parking lot with underground detention, an EIFS exterior designed to imitate stone and brick, conventional steel framing, and emergency generators.
Completed Ahead of Schedule
The time frame to complete this project originally was 158 days and was completed in 142 days.
Exterior
By using a pervious paver parking surface and underground detention, available land was conserved for future use by eliminating a detention pond. Finestone EIFS products allowed the architectural look of brick and stone at a lower cost, a more efficient building envelope, and faster installation time.
