Anderson Hall
History
Originally constructed in 1870, Anderson Hall is the iconic building on the Maryville College campus. Joseph Construction Company joined with Lawler-Wood and Johnson Architecture to renovate the original 4-story masonry and wood timber-framed facility.
“I would recommend Joseph Construction for both new construction and for renovation projects. They really do want to be your partner.”
Dr. Tom Bogart — President, Maryville College
Interior
The newly renovated building now has a new 4 pipe HVAC system, elevator, steel support skeleton, level floors, a new slate roof, and new windows and exterior doors.
Exterior
From the outside looking in, it is very hard to tell any changes have been made, but once through the doors, the corridors have the same feel as a student would have experienced at the turn of the century.
