Overview
This award-winning Design-Build warehouse provides safe and efficient use of space for the client’s pest control operation. Featuring polished concrete floors, and a fireproof hazardous materials storage room, this 30,000 square feet facility is anchored by GEO piers in a Butler pre-engineered metal building with masonry.
The design earned the 2020 ABC Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction from the Associated Building and Contractors of Tennessee. This industry organization recognizes excellence in construction innovations, methods, safety, and skilled labor.

Pre-Construction Phase
After careful review of the client’s requirements, JOSEPH researched options for helping the Nisus Corporation meet its goals. By providing a side-by-side review of various building materials and construction options, Nisus had a clear picture of the long-term investment most suitable to the company’s needs and budget.
Delivered Ahead of Schedule
JOSEPH created a solid foundation by installing GEO piers, cast-in-place stem walls, and interior building slab, to support the best-in-class Butler pre-engineered building. Exceptional planning and scheduling kept construction ahead of winter weather and shortened the project schedule by 12 weeks.
