Overview
JOSEPH used the Design-Build process to complete this 125,000 SF, 25-acre campus. This complex includes a 25,000 SF building housing the office, administration, and sales offices. A 100,000 SF building contains truck sales and service facilities, body shop, and parts warehouse.
“I want to express appreciation for constructing our dealership facilities on Interstate 40/75. Even though I have been involved in other construction projects, this project on 25 acres, 125,000 square feet and over $10,000,000 is the largest.
Your assistance in final site and building design and engineering aspects of equipment application and installation was very helpful in assuring a well completed project.
Most of all, I appreciated your weekly meetings and continuous attention to sub contractor work that provide for quality construction and immediate changes when necessary to get the best project at least cost. Communication during the project was superb.
If you ever need a satisfied customer for future reference, please use me. JOSEPH Construction would come highly recommended.”

Service Building
The service building includes a paint booth, DYNO equipment, oil service pits, and is completely air conditioned. A 40’ x 90’ canopy provides exterior covering. Facilities also include showers, lounge, laundry and other amenities for drivers. The service building is a Butler pre-engineered structure.
Overcoming Obstacles
The most challenging aspect of this project was creating a campus environment with the main floor of the office building residing 16’ above the service building.
